- Do you see a credit on the machine display? If the machine display indicates a credit, that means the machine knows you put money in. Try making the selection again and see if the product comes out. On some machines with a shopping cart, ensure that you have enough credit for the entire cart and that you press the "Check Out" button or "OK" button to dispense the product. If there's no credit on the screen, check the coin return to see if the change came back out or press the coin return button to see if you get your money back. If not, please create a service request.
- Did you put enough money in the machine? Double check that you've put enough money in. If you make a selection, it will indicate the price of the item. The machine will only dispense product if the required amount is deposited.
