To request a refund, please submit a new support request through the portal. Please note that refunds are validated on a case-by-case basis.
For product and payment concerns, in the support request, please include the following:
- Email Address
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Machine ID
- Date and Time
- Method of Payment Used
- Description of the Issue
The more detailed the support request, the quicker we can verify and process a refund.
In the case of machine malfunction, there may be a validation and reconciliation process. The length of this process depends on when the machine in question is serviced.
All refunds are issued through giftbit, which are credits that can be redeemed with a merchant listed of choice. giftbit’s Canadian merchant catalog can be found here: https://www.giftbit.com/rewards
We are unable to provide refunds by cash, cheques, credit card refunds, and Interac e-Transfers.
