They are working on a resolution as quickly as possible. However, at this time, customers with an ePort device may not be able to transact credit/debit transactions as the modem is offline.
Customers with Coinco and other brands of card readers are unaffected by this outage. We are monitoring the situation closely and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
